Accessibility in video games is essential to allow all players, especially those with reduced mobility, to fully enjoy the gaming experience. The non-profit organization ‘Le Jeu pour Tous’ emphasises the importance of adapted controllers with this effort.

These devices allow players with special needs to handle game controls more comfortably and effectively. In collaboration with developers and engineers, we encourage the integration of these controllers from the design phase of games so that accessibility is taken into account from the beginning of the development process. Our goal is to transform the video game industry into a space where every gamer, regardless of ability, can enjoy an enriching and inclusive gaming experience.

At Esport

The non-profit organization ‘Le Jeu pour Tous’ is dedicated to promoting inclusivity at e-sports, ensuring that events and equipment such as controllers are accessible to all, including players with reduced mobility.

We work with event organisers and hardware developers to integrate solutions that make e-sports games accessible to all, allowing every player to compete under fair conditions. By promoting the accessibility of controllers and interfaces, as well as the adaptation of playing spaces, ‘Le Jeu pour Tous’ aims to create an inclusive e-sports community where passion for the game transcends all barriers.

The world of employment and video games

The non-profit association ‘Le Jeu pour Tous’ recognises the potential of video games to create a revolution in recruitment and vocational training through the use of serious games.

These specially designed games facilitate learning and skills assessment in an interactive and engaging way and provide employers with innovative tools to evaluate candidates. By incorporating realistic simulations of work situations, serious games enable candidates to demonstrate their practical skills and decision-making abilities in a controlled environment.

Our mission is to promote the use of these technologies to make the recruitment process more efficient and inclusive, opening new pathways to employment for all people, regardless of their physical or sensory disabilities.
